Trauma Therapy

At Thrive Psychology, we offer individual trauma therapy in a safe, supportive environment where you set the pace. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your trauma history or continuing work you’ve started elsewhere, we meet you exactly where you are.

Our approach begins with helping you build coping skills for stability and emotional regulation, so that you feel grounded and empowered before processing difficult experiences. When you’re ready, we draw on a range of evidence-based treatments, including:

  • TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
     
  • CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy)
     
  • WET (Written Exposure Therapy)
     

Each session is a collaborative process. You lead the way, and your therapist walks alongside you with compassion and flexibility. Whether you are healing from a single event or complex trauma, our goal is to help you feel safer in your body and more connected to yourself.

You don’t need to have any previous therapy experience — just a willingness to start. We’re here to support your healing journey, one step at a time.
